Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended from time to time;
Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the "SPI Rules");
Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

This Privacy Policy states the following:

the type of information collected from the user, and how the user's personal information, sensitive personal information, or other required information or data will be gathered, used, shared, disclosed, tracked and protected, and the choices available to you. We may communicate with you via marketing or promotional messages using the mobile number and/or email address you have provided to us;
the purpose, means and modes of collection, usage, processing, retention, and destruction of such information; and
how and to whom Atreya Innovations will disclose such information.

Information about the user, as collected by Atreya Innovations, is primarily consented to by the user and then placed on the website. This includes:

the domain names and email addresses that the website automatically recognizes;
information supplied by users, including the domain name and email address of users; the email address of users who post messages to us or communicate via email or postings to our chat areas; aggregate information on pages or links which users access or visit; user-specific information on pages or links which users access or visit; and information automatically tracked while navigating and information already available in the public domain.

1. Information We Expect to Receive, Collect and Store

A. Personal Information

When you visit and register on the website for a service, we ask you to provide basic personal contact information, such as your name, contact number, email address, sex, age, address, state, city, locality, pin code, occupation, and other information related to your health and body.
Where relevant to a particular feature, we may seek access to your contacts, phone book, phone call logs, pop-up alerts, media (images, audio, video), phone location, and the ability to make and manage phone calls or disable battery optimization, so the application can continue to run in the background and keep your data updated.
We may also collect anonymous demographic information not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, hostnames and IP addresses, and may retrieve information from such data to continue interacting with you and providing the Services.
You make the decision whether to proceed with any activity that requests personal information. If you do not wish to provide requested information, you may not be able to avail certain services or complete a transaction.
We provide users the option to review and update their information as and when required.
When you choose a paid service, we or our payment gateway provider may collect your purchase, address or billing information, including card details such as number, expiration date and CVV. Paid services may be on auto-renewal unless cancelled; if you do not wish to auto-renew, you may cancel before the end of the subscription term.

B. Voluntary Information

We may collect additional information at other times, including when you provide feedback or comments, change your content, SMS or email preferences or communication channels, respond to a survey, or otherwise communicate with us.

C. Information Automatically Collected or Tracked While Navigating

Cookies. Atreya Innovations does not set any cookies. However, in order to improve the responsiveness of the website for our users, we may use cookies or similar electronic tools for purposes such as: storing user preferences; recording session and usage information; alerting users to new areas that may be of interest to them; providing better service on return visits; ensuring users are not repeatedly shown the same banner ads; customizing web page content based on browser type or other information; and assigning each user a unique identifier to understand individual interests on the identified device.

Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (for example, through registration), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your device. Clear GIFs. Personally identifiable information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain (for example, comments, messages or posts on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) is not considered sensitive for the purposes of this Policy. Content posted, uploaded or communicated by users in public sections of the website becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Policy.

If you decline to submit personally identifiable information, we may not be able to provide certain services to you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of this at the time of account creation, and will not be liable for the denial of services resulting from your not providing necessary information.

we use third-party payment gateways, such as Razorpay, to securely process payments for healthcare-related services. Payments are handled externally through the payment gateway's secure platform, and we do not store your full payment details on our servers. These payments are strictly for real-world services; no in-app digital content or features are sold or unlocked through these transactions.

4. Ad Servers

We do not partner with or have any relationship with ad-server companies, and do not allow any ad-server companies to place advertisements on our web pages. As a consequence, ad-server companies cannot collect information such as your domain type, IP address, or clickstream information when you visit our website.

5. Providing Access to Users About Their Information

Upon request, we provide website users access to information we have collected and maintained about them, including financial information (such as credit card account information), unique identifier information (such as customer number), communications directed to our site (such as emails and enquiries), contact information (such as name, address and phone number), and a description of the information we maintain about them.
Upon request, we offer users the ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in the information we maintain about them, including contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, and communications the user has directed to the website.

Security. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee the protection of any information shared with us.
